Okay, pretty sure the mastodon image cache is the problem: I can’t post anything with images, but everything else comes through.

@pauline, heeeellllpppp!

@h5e I tried sitting upright today and slide right back over, so there’s still some distance to close there. ☺️

@h5e CoNgRaTuLaTiOnS!!! 💐

The dreaded catheter! I’m so sorry you’ve had complications, but, thankfully, they don’t sound dire.

Overlooking the physical stuff, how do you feel to be on the other side!? 🥰

My recovery has been a blessed thing so far. (🤞🤞🤞). The fatigue is real, and it’s only just now starting to ease up. But no complications so far, very little actual pain, and everything seems to be healing ahead of schedule.

I guess I’m on the other side of that curve from you this time. 😬

@h5e alive! On week five of vaginoplasty recovery, and slowly starting to feel home in my own head again.

How are you??

Wowsers. Okay. Still working on getting our mastodon instance up and running again. 🙄

@tito_swineflu @jonathankoren Funny, enough I agree with that. Funnier still: I feel the same for Phantasm!

@h5e best of luck, hun! 😘

@h5e I’m skeptical about that too!!

@jonathankoren The scariest thing is how the long-masked idiocy of these people is clearly revealed in their magical thinking about AI.

@jonathankoren This bubble just gets more and more terrifying as time rolls on.

Some dolls and I dragged dear @pauline to a Tate McRae concert. The seats ended up being amazing, but I think she would have preferred Big Thief and a gin flight. ☺️

My sister is in town!

I am a large person. My sister is a pipsqueak. She makes for good cover (and hijinks!) when we’re out on the town.

The median point between separation anxiety and fear of baths.

@h5e not much difference between a toy camera and any 19th century camera! ☺️

@h5e lovely photos, hun! The third one, in particular, reminds me of Heinrich Kühn, one of the all time greats. (howardgreenberg.com/exhibition)

Basic models of flocking behavior are controlled by three simple rules: 1) separation: avoid crowding neighbours (short range repulsion); 2) alignment: steer towards average heading of neighbors; 3) cohesion: steer towards average position of neighbors (long range attraction). With these three simple rules, the flock moves in an extremely realistic way.
