Got bloodwork done today!

My doctor says I should have estradiol levels between 100-200 pg/mL. I have... 15. That seems less than ideal :neocat_laugh_nervous:

@nicole Patches! I swap them out Tuesday and Friday nights, so I was expecting it to be low - but not that low :neocat_pensive:

@courtney I remember, when I first started HRT, my GP told me that the number of patches I’d need to use to maintain normal cis levels of estrogen was probably more than I could fit on the surface area of my skin. 🥲
