Day 4: Best Captain
It's gotta be Storil (Captain of the Saratoga) Recruited by Section 31 to intentionally fail at Wolf 359, his sacrifice caused the Defiant and other improved warships to be built which allowed Starfleet to survive the Dominion War
He reminds me of a certain Klingon but dunno why.
Wolf 359 was an inside job people!
Oh, I guess I could also consider Sisko to be my second best captain, he punched Q, did numerous war crimes, was the emissary of the prophets and made a fantastic jambalaya.
Basic models of flocking behavior are controlled by three simple rules: 1) separation: avoid crowding neighbours (short range repulsion); 2) alignment: steer towards average heading of neighbors; 3) cohesion: steer towards average position of neighbors (long range attraction). With these three simple rules, the flock moves in an extremely realistic way.
