it went well! It didn't meet my expectations, but then I don't really know what I expected. It was also preceded by some rather sad news, so… Anyway, most people stayed quiet, some said things like congrats etc. As well as could be expected I guess.

Then I changed into my most festive dress and nobody was weird about it and I got a lot of nice messages.

I also sent an email with some details and pointers on how to be supportive, that was a good move I think.
