Just scheduled my first electrolysis appointment. I’m scared 🫣

So when I went for my appointment the door was locked. I called twice and waited 30 minutes before leaving. It’s now been 2 hours and I haven’t heard anything back. Just totally disrespectful of my time not only today but the 3 days of discomfort not being able to shave and the 2 weeks I’ve been waiting for this appointment when I could have gone somewhere else. I am absolutely livid.

I had to call in to the Oakland clinic to tell them what happened so they could cancel the authorization letter and now I have to wait for a new letter before I can even schedule a new appointment somewhere else. So in total she probably wasted like a month or more of my time. So dumb. Absolutely ridiculous

@danirabbit Ugh. The hoops through which we must jump. :/

Which place was this so that it can be avoided?

Basic models of flocking behavior are controlled by three simple rules: 1) separation: avoid crowding neighbours (short range repulsion); 2) alignment: steer towards average heading of neighbors; 3) cohesion: steer towards average position of neighbors (long range attraction). With these three simple rules, the flock moves in an extremely realistic way.
