Fuck, she won't do an orchi until I've been on estrogen for a year. That puts me in April. According to her the office is strict WPATH and I was too nervous to point out that they're on WPATH 7 and not WPATH 8, which doesn't require a year, nor does it require letters.

Every fucking night I'm laying curled up in a fucking ball in pain. I hate this. I want them gone!!

Writing my surgeon an actual hand-written letter, describing how I lay in pain every single night, and talking about WPATH 8 guidelines, and telling her

"I understand you may not have a choice, and I am not arguing about your process. But I am begging for your compassion. If there is any way for you to take this pain away from me sooner, I, and my entire family, are begging you. Please."

@terrafiedkestrel I had the same thing with my surgeon. Year on hormones, 2 letters, plus an evaluation from my cardiologist. I am so sorry about this. I hope that your letter will have some sway on them.
Hugs sister.

@joanne07081 @terrafiedkestrel I threw myself into trying to get it done as early as possible, and still only managed it at 10 months.

@nicole

That is great, I am so happy they were able to get you in early.

I hope that Terra can get a similar outcome.

Basic models of flocking behavior are controlled by three simple rules: 1) separation: avoid crowding neighbours (short range repulsion); 2) alignment: steer towards average heading of neighbors; 3) cohesion: steer towards average position of neighbors (long range attraction). With these three simple rules, the flock moves in an extremely realistic way.
