A question is how much AI is playing a role?

As a replacement to coders, I think not much. As the driver of cost cutting to buy GPUs and build data centers? A lot.

Mark Zuckerberg wants you to use AI as friends.

When you invest your time with AI instead of creating genuine bonds with real people, you become completely isolated without even noticing it.

This all serves capitalism and authoritarian regimes.

When you are isolated, you can't find humans to help you financially (AI won't).

When you are isolated, you can't find humans to rise up with you against abuse (AI won't).

You become completely alone (with AI friends), and completely vulnerable to manipulation and exploitation by the system implemented by those who control your AI "friends".

It seems obvious, I know. But how is Mark Zuckerberg able to market this insane idea at all then?

I once worked at a game company/publisher where the head of biz dev said "In any business deal there are two parties. The Fuckie and the Fucker and we are the fucker". This company is no longer in business.

We literally told everyone that if Trump got elected again, we’d be living in a police state. But a lot of people thought it wasn’t the biggest issue we faced, accused us of being hyperbolic, or fell for and spread pro-fascist propaganda.

We should make a thing that's like...

We start a wiki for projects that don't yet exist. Something that really lays out the essential elements of the thing in our mind.

Basically, what the fan wiki for our thing would look like if we had the time/funding to make it. Yes, that includes spoilers.

And then, once completed to a satisfactory degree, use them as planning docs to build the thing.

It's more open source and would provide transparency should such an effort ever go for crowdfunding.

If you're on estrogen and you take a multivitamin or if you take biotin to make your hair and nails healthier, it's ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that you stop all of that stuff for at least 3, and preferably 4, days before you get your blood levels checked.

Biotin is the chemical they use in the estrogen level test, and if you've got a higher-than-normal amount of biotin in your bloodstream, your labs will come back saying you've got much more estrogen in there than is there in reality.

If you want accurate results, take a break from the multivitamins!
